Tom Piercy,  always is very responsive to me when I call with a problem, I never have to wait for help which is exemplary service these days,  your employees are always professional,  figure out & fix the problem, usually during that same call.  which is very much appreciated - in general all employees are easy to work with which makes my life easier.  I am glad to have the peace of mind that 2J Data is there for me.  Even for an extra charge, depending on the importance, I would ask you to consider having someone on call after hours/weekends.  The client could determine how important it is for that available backup if they decide it’s worth the extra charge. another idea occurs to me,   frequent user points , called different things, like  frequent flier  might also be an incentive for the client to be less hesitant to call when help is required  & have your clients remain loyal, should they consider using a different service - as suggested by a friend, for example, and might make your clients think more about referring others to you. that may sound a bit  gimmicky  but I’ve taken out more than one credit card if the # of points being offered is worth it.....  With my ongoing thanks for great service,

Had a simple computer problem (wasn’t simple for me), brought the computer in, and picked it up the next day. I was charged for an hour’s worth of work. It is working fine now. Had an excellent experience.

I know if I need to take my computer in it will be taken care of fast and fairly.  And while we are at it...why does my computer have a mind of it’s own when I type? Sometireplaces itself in the middlemes my cursor .    This is just what I am talking about?  I am a good typist. But my cursor jumps back and places itself previously in the middle of a sentence.  My sister says I may have a virus?
