  2. Check your firmware:

  3. See what’s up with your status:
    Almost all routers no matter their size use LED lights to indicate that the power is on and the status of the network. A simple way to see if your network is active is by looking at the LED lights to see if they are flashing on and off. If no activity is indicated, you may want to try a reboot.   4. Check your cables:
