Each service is done during our 9AM-5PM office hours but we can rush it overtime if needed through our emergency rate.

 We carefully utilize multiple industry leading antivirus and threat removal applications in various modes to ensure your system is safe.


We’ll find replacement parts and install them for you or renew a warranty service and turn in your device for repairs through the manufacturer.


Once we get your report and depending on the software issue, we’ll do our best to either fix it or find the best alternative solution to fit your needs.


In the worse case scenario, the best solution may be a complete refresh of your system. A backup of your system will be made before the reload process.

The process is fairly simple as we do our best to be quick and efficient as possible.
Once the job’s done, we contact you to pick up the device or we can arrange for one of our technicians to drop it off for you.


As you provide us your information and device, we’ll spend up to 30 minutes to figure out what the source of the problem is and list a set of viable solutions.


We contact you with all the information we’ve gathered and estimated service time so you can tell us how you would like us to proceed or if you want us to return the device.


After we get confirmation from you to perform a specific task or set of tasks, we get right to work, keep you up to date through our support tickets and we’ll contact you to verify any major changes.


We do everything at $100/hr for actual labor (not for how long we hold your product or wait on your computer while it’s loading).
